“Medical & Health Reviews” (MHR) is a six-month periodical launched by the Faculty of Medicine, UiTM. The special focus of the journal is to provide editorials, review articles, expert opinions, guidelines that are relevant and applicable to our own unique situation, as they are written by our own local experts addressing issues in the context of a (fast) developing country such as Malaysia. The journal encourages experts to address certain specific issues of current interest which may have an impact not only on clinical medicine but also on basic sciences and relevant technologies. The MHR hope to impact a wide range of readers among students, postgraduates, clinicians, scientists, health workers, health administrators and policy makers.
